Cybersecurity Solutions
Proactive protection for systems, data, and operations

As cyber threats evolve, organizations need proactive security. We help businesses strengthen their security posture, minimize risk, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Cybersecurity Solutions

What we deliver

Security is a set of layers, and the value of the set comes from the assumption that any single layer will eventually fail. A firewall does not help against a credential phished from an employee. Endpoint protection does not help if backups are reachable from a compromised admin account.

We work from that assumption. Perimeter controls, endpoint and email defences, identity hardening, network segmentation and recoverable backups are each specified so that the failure of one does not become the compromise of everything behind it.

Assessment comes before spend. We would rather find that your highest-value fix is multi-factor authentication and a tested restore than sell you a product that addresses a risk you do not have.

Scope

A typical cybersecurity engagement covers:

How we deliver

From site walk to handover.

  1. 01 AssessCurrent exposure, external footprint, patch and identity posture, and how recoverable you actually are today.
  2. 02 PrioritiseFindings ranked by real risk reduction per dirham, so the cheap high-impact fixes happen first.
  3. 03 ImplementLayered controls deployed and tuned, with policy documented so the configuration survives staff turnover.
  4. 04 ReviewPeriodic reassessment, because posture drifts as systems, staff and threats change.

Standards

Built to standards your auditors check.

Why dexline for cybersecurity

  • Assessment before procurement.

We establish where you are actually exposed before recommending spend, and will tell you when the answer is configuration rather than a purchase.

  • Recovery counted as a security control.

A tested, isolated restore path is often the difference between an incident and a shutdown.

  • Policy written down.

Controls that live only in one engineer's head degrade the moment that engineer changes role.

  • Plain-language reporting.

Findings are written so a board can act on them, with the technical detail attached rather than substituted.

FAQ

What is the single most valuable security improvement for a small business?

For most organisations it is multi-factor authentication on email and any externally reachable system, followed closely by a backup that has been proven to restore. Both address the two most common ways businesses actually lose money: compromised credentials and ransomware. Neither is expensive relative to the exposure it removes.

Does a firewall protect us from ransomware?

Only partially. Most ransomware arrives through email, a malicious download, or stolen credentials used against a legitimate remote-access service, and in each of those cases the traffic passes through the firewall as permitted. Endpoint protection, email filtering, patching, least-privilege access and isolated backups matter at least as much as the perimeter device.

Do UAE businesses have specific compliance obligations?

It depends on sector and emirate. Federal data protection legislation applies broadly, and healthcare, financial services and government suppliers carry additional sector-specific obligations. Free zones may impose their own requirements. Requirements are updated periodically, so we scope against your specific activity and licence rather than a general checklist, and recommend confirming current obligations with your legal advisor.

How often should we run a vulnerability assessment?

Quarterly is a common cadence for most organisations, with an additional assessment after any significant infrastructure change such as a new internet-facing service, an office move or a major migration. Annual-only assessment tends to mean findings sit unaddressed for months while the environment continues to change.

Can you work alongside our existing IT provider?

Yes, and it is a common arrangement. Security assessment carried out by a party other than the one that built and maintains the environment tends to surface more, simply because it is not reviewing its own decisions. We share findings with your incumbent provider and can support remediation or leave it with them.
