Who we are
dexline technologies ("dexline", "we", "us") is the data controller for personal information submitted through this website and through our project, AMC, and support engagements. dexline is a child brand of Appsline, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
What we collect
- Brief and contact submissions. Name, company, email, phone, and the free-text description you send through our contact form or by email.
- Project records. For active engagements: site addresses, points of contact, equipment lists, network plans, and similar operational records needed to deliver the service.
- Server logs. Standard request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) kept by our hosting provider for short retention windows.
We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site at the time of writing.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare an indicative BoQ or proposal.
- To deliver and maintain the services covered by your engagement or AMC.
- To meet our contractual, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
- To send occasional service-related communications (handover documents, AMC reports, scheduled maintenance notices). We do not send marketing emails without an opt-in.
How we share it
We share personal information only where necessary: with subcontractors working under our supervision on your project, with hosting and email providers acting as data processors on our behalf, and where required by law or by a regulator with proper authority.
How long we keep it
Brief and contact submissions are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted unless they are tied to an active engagement. Project records are kept for the longer of (a) the duration of the engagement plus seven years for accounting and warranty reasons, or (b) the period required by applicable UAE law.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to (a) confirm what we hold about you, (b) correct anything that’s wrong, or (c) delete information that isn’t covered by a legal retention requirement. Email info@dexline.ae and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Security
We follow ISO 27001-aligned practices for the systems that handle client information — multi-factor authentication, least-privilege access, encrypted storage, and documented data-handling procedures. No system is perfectly secure, so if you become aware of a vulnerability please email us at info@dexline.ae.
Changes
If we change this policy in a material way, we’ll update the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify clients with active engagements directly. This page is the canonical version.
